- Monitor and optimize the performance of database systems.
- Manage the process of 'passes' for the crews.
- Regularly update database systems, such as Reflow, to ensure all information is relevant.
- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other employees to analyse system requirements and recommend improvements.
- Proficient in system administration with hands-on experience in managing systems and databases.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction industry.
- Computer literate
- Excellent analytical skills to diagnose issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
