The MAI (merchant acquisition and incubation) team's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means in EU markets.
As an integral part of the team, you'll take ownership of designing effective leads strategy and outreach programs, growth work streams, thus empowering our merchants' growth.Responsibilities
- Support EU seller lead generation, qualification, segmentation, and other lead management tasks using a data-driven approach.
- Assist the digital channel team in creating in-app notifications, EDMs, banners, H5 pages, and other seller outreach materials.
- Manage, implement, and monitor seller growth programs, including incentives and championship campaigns, with strong attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency and budget effectiveness.
- Help with seller troubleshooting, community engagement, and the development of educational content to drive seller success.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:
- Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated, able to balance and manage multiple tasks and apply initiative.
- Skilled in Tableau/Power BI and MS Office; SQL or Python experience for data processing is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating in 2026/7
- Collaborative and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the EU eCommerce landscape and market trends.
- Experience in organising online events or webinars.
- Proficiency in Italian is preferred for smoother collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous exposure to community building or seller support initiatives.
- Interest in digital commerce, social selling, and content-driven retail.
