€85,000-€95,000 + 28 Days Holiday + Annual Bonus + Company CarAre you an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in coatings, paints, or a related industry?

They have an established, and growing Dealer and Distributor network across the Netherlands and Belgium, locations you will be working within!Product training is provided, but an understanding of selling coatings or paints is expected, technical experience is a plus but not mandatory!You will have the opportunity to progress into gaining more senior responsibilities such as changing your market to lead expansion in new locations, with the eventual opportunity to move into a General Manager position and beyond. They have a great bonus scheme, with the chance of gaining 20% of your salary in an annual bonus!The successful candidate will have Sales and Business Development experience within a relevant industry, they will be personable and bring strong communication skills in both English and Dutch. They must have a clear understanding and knowledge within the Coatings industry, preferably in protective coatings.You will be joining a great company that has been operating for over 100 years, in a stable, yet growing industry, in an exciting position!The Role:
- You will be developing relationships with both new and existing dealers and Distributors for them to stock the company's product
- You will be travelling across the Netherlands and Belgium visiting potential and existing customers
- You will be pushing sales of new products, showing knowledge in the products use cases and functions
- Experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development within a transferable industry
- Preferably with technical experience using protective coatings
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Holds a valid Driving License to drive in the Netherlands
