Your Role:Our Beverage offering is beautifully and originally created, and frequently updated according to season and trends. We are now looking for a Sommelier to oversee our beverage compliment across our stunning restaurantYou will be the ambassador and educator for each of our guests, pairing together the most suitable wine & beverages on offer whilst they dine.Service is always at the forefront so it’s essential for you to be exceptionally welcoming, dynamic and very friendly. - Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment
- Customer focus - demonstrating exceptional guest service
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- A willingness to learn and grow within the business
