To deliver expert on-site maintenance and repair services for customers across the UK, working on a broad range of construction plant, tools, and equipment. This role involves supporting customer operations by providing efficient and reliable field-based solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and adhere to all company Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Travel to customer sites to carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct routine, reactive, and preventative maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge to stay current with equipment and industry standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and courteous approach on every job.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of work completed.
  • Ensure a clean, professional appearance and take responsibility for the care of company-issued equipment and service vehicle.
  • Hold and maintain a full UK driving licence.
Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Level 3 qualification in Construction Plant Maintenance or a related vocational discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction plant, tools, and equipment.
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing plant machinery in a field-based role.
  • Certification in the following areas (preferred but not essential):
  • Manual Handling
  • Working at Height
  • CSCS or equivalent skills accreditation
  • Forklift Operation
  • Telehandler Operation
  • Safe Lifting Techniques
  • First Aid
  • Banksman Duties
