Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist – Mental Health Team

• Provide expert occupational therapy interventions to patients within a neuropsychiatry and mental health setting.
• Supervise and mentor an entry-level Band 6 Occupational Therapist and an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Collaborate within a core multidisciplinary team including a Neuropsychiatrist, Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Physiotherapist, Hospital Manager, Clinical Manager, and Nursing team.
• Manage a caseload on a 14-to-28 bed ward with a full multidisciplinary team, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on patient assessments.

• Must be HCPC registered.
• At least 2 years of experience in neuro-psychiatry and mental health.
• Car driver preferable, to facilitate travel as needed.
