The site is going from strength to strength, and we need your support to reach our growing goals.This is a full time, permanent position. You will be working Monday-Thursday 13:30 - 22:00 and an earlier finish on a Friday, 13:30 - 21:00.Pay, benefits and more:You'll be paid a salary of £29,101.80 per annum (£14.35 per hour) and 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).   • You will lead your team and coordinate activities that will achieve business goals, whilst promoting a team-based culture
  • You will be aware of any hazards, incidents or accidents and report them to the proper authority to ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
  • You will provide best possible employee relations by positive leadership, encouragement, motivation, regular communication and respect
  • You will create and maintain a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging involvement from all team members when sharing group, divisional and team information

  • Experience working in leadership role, within a complex and fast-paced warehouse environment
  • An ability to work under pressure and within expected deadlines, in an organised and informed manner
  • An approachable and professional demeanour, able to question, challenge and deliver process improvements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
