  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee payroll reporting and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.
  • Address employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement and maintain payroll system updates and improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior payroll staff.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Sole Payroll Manager
  • Salary (dependent on previous experience and expectations): Ranging from £45,000 per annum and above
  • Permanent, full time position
  • Sole ownership of the payroll process
  • Hybrid model - travel between Hayes, one other site and WFH 1x day per week
  • Parking on site (Hayes)
