
Senior Project Manager - Midlands

- Lead full project lifecycles for new builds and reinvestment initiatives
- Evaluate development sites and existing restaurants for construction potential
- Oversee designs, budgets, timelines, and regulatory approvals
- Direct external consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, planning legislation, and McDonald's standards
- Provide clear leadership and guidance to Assistant Project Managers and support staff
- Manage financial accounts and ensure delivery within budget
- Build strong relationships with Franchisees, Operations teams, and local authorities
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction
- Membership of a relevant professional institute (RICS, CIOB, APM)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and financial management abilities
- Organised, analytical, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- Flexibility to travel across the UK & Ireland (valid UK driving license required)
