- Saturday - Monday Nights 5pm to 6amYour Time at WorkAs a Warehouse Team Manager you will be responsible for leading, motivating and challenging your team to consistently deliver service to stores. Other duties include:- Creating training plans and schedules for your team members to support their development.
- Ensuring that KPI's are achieved and met.
- Managing productivity in your area of the warehouse.
- Achieving and maintaining pick accuracy to acceptable levels in the business.
- Conducting audits and workplace inspections regularly.
- Delivering team briefings and other health and safety briefs to your team.
- Work with the HR team to support with welfare meetings, return to work and investigations.
- Supporting in the warehouse from time to time, some manual handling.Our Perfect WorkerOur perfect worker will have strong management and organisational skills. You will show great attention to detail and excellent planning skills.
