- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up
- Lead the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, private events, and social functions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, F&B, Rooms Division, and external partners
- Ensure every event reflects the highest standards of luxury, creativity, and attention to detail
- Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through relationship management and service excellence
- Contribute to revenue growth through upselling opportunities and strategic planning
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Confidence dealing with high-profile and international clients
- A strong sense of initiative, ownership, and creative problem-solving
- A client-focused mindset with unwavering attention to detail
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
