- We are all different in lots of ways, and have different likes and hobbies, our age range is from 31-63
- Most of us are mobile but a couple of us need a little bit of physical assistance to get around especially out and about. We have different challenges in our lives which include, autism, learning disabilities and mental health.We have a team of support workers who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs.
- We are proud to be able to help our community and some of us have volunteer work we love to do including working a café, charity shop, food bank.
- We enjoy being social, and love going out to social events pubs and music concerts
- We have all different interests, some of us enjoy music and dancing, while others love nothing better than a quiet walk, coffee and a catch up.
- We are fun loving, caring and considerate.
- We would not enjoy spending time with people who are bossy, pushy, running around, shouting or very noisy as it would tend to make a few of us upset.
- We live in a two-story detached house, with 6 bedrooms.
- There is a small, enclosed back garden with a greenhouse and hot tub.
- There are 3 main shared spaces in the house that we can all use to relax and eat together, these are the kitchen, living/dining room and chill out room.
- We are in a privet cul-de-sac, just off the main road, with a main bus route.
- There are always at least 4 colleagues on shift.
- We like our staff to work Mornings and evening with a mixture of shift from 8am to 10pm, sometimes we may need our support workers to stay back if we are going out late to the pub , social events ,concerts, theatreetc and waking nights 10pm to 8am.
