Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only | 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (flexibility available)
Pay Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE, based on assignment)

Your Role:Creating a Safe, Supportive Environment
Build trusting relationships and a consistent learning routine to help students feel confident and ready to learn.Delivering Bespoke, High-Quality Lessons
Plan and deliver engaging, individualised sessions aligned with each student's strengths, needs, and learning goals.Collaborating with Families and Stakeholders
Work closely with parents, carers, and professionals to create a unified support system that drives progress.Fostering Growth and Self-Belief
Help students build resilience, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential-academically and emotionally.Being a Positive Role Model
Encourage positive behaviour and a love of learning that supports each student's long-term development. What You'll Bring to the Role:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE equivalentAt least 2 years' teaching experience, ideally in SEN settingsStrong subject knowledge in English, Maths, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience teaching across Key Stages 1 to 4A compassionate, flexible approach with excellent communication skillsEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceFull right to work in the UKA clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities Why Join us?We're dedicated to helping children overcome barriers to education through compassionate, personalised support.
