This is not just a support role - it's a launchpad for someone who is serious about stepping into a Sales & Marketing Manager position within the next 6 months. If you're ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership of campaigns and client relationships, we want to hear from you.🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads, support sales outreach, and maintain CRM records
  • Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and event collateral
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile actionable reports
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information
  • Maintain and update website content and product listings
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and assist with exhibition planning
  • Shadow and support senior team members with the goal of stepping into a leadership role and leasing with marketing personnel
🧠 Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a sales, marketing, or commercial role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to take on more responsibility
🎓 Qualifications
  • A-levels or equivalent (minimum)
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
