Your role –
  • Full time or part-time Clinical Pharmacist role
  • Minimum requirement – 30 hours per week
  • Work as a vital member of the Pharmacy team, work autonomously and as part of the team
  • Telephone appointments to begin with
  • Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
  • Primary Care experience preferred but NOT essential
  • No CPPE Pathway or Independent prescribing required – but will have continuous support from the practice in pursuit of both
