Maintenance Handyperson - Permanent job - near to Paddington Station in Central London.

Main Duties:
  • Planned and reactive maintenance and repair work
  • Straightforward plumbing repair, door repair, fitting locks and handles, basic carpentry repair
  • Other general maintenance and repair work
  • Overseeing maintenance subcontractors and issuing permits to work
  • Carrying out some administration work
  • Scheduling in repair and maintenance work to be carried our
Essential Applicant Requirements:
  • Very good experience in planned and reactive repair and maintenance
  • Some supervisory or team leader experience
  • Confident in using a computer
  • Very good customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to schedule maintenance and repair work
  • All applicants must live in London UK
