- Work within our established team, developing relationships with Teachers and Schools across your region.
- Deliver a consultative approach, ensuring we place the best candidates in the right roles.
- Attract and source new Teachers, Teaching Assistants and other school staff to work for Flourish, building long-term relationships.
- Proactively engage with new and existing schools to grow your desk.
- Regularly visit schools to foster great relationships – a full UK driving license and car are essential.
- Meet and exceed key business goals individually and as part of the team.
- Recruitment experience (education recruitment is ideal but not essential), or
- Teaching experience, with a passion for making a difference in the education sector.
- A full UK driving license (and car).
- A proactive, client-focused approach with a drive to succeed.
- A confident and ethical approach to building relationships.
- Excellent communication skills – especially over the phone.
- A high attention to detail and the confidence to ask for help when needed.
- A genuine desire for continuous learnng and development - it's a big part of who we are.
- Competitive starting salary: £26,500 - £32,000 depending on your level of experience, with realistic OTE of £40,000 - £45,000+ within 12-18 months (uncapped commission from day 1).
