HGV Technician needed in the Mansfield area:
  • Basic Salary : £40,560 (£19.50 an hour)
  • OTE of :£43,000
  • Monday - Friday (6am - 2:00pm / 2pm - 10:00pm)
  • Overtime available on Saturday mornings paid as x 1.5
  • Work with a great client of ours who has been with the company for over twenty years

My client is a commercial company with a great reputation located in the Mansfield area. They are seeking a skilled and dedicated HGV Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of their clients' vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate technician looking to make a positive impact.What will the successful HGV Technician do?
  • Inspect and repair vehicles to DVSA standards including MOT preparation and presentation to test.
  • Fault diagnosis including the use of specialist diagnostic equipment.
  • General mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Display excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
The successful HGV Technician will have:
  • A Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ) or equivalent skill and experience
  • The ability to work to a high standard.
  • Solid workshop experience.
  • The ability to work well in a team.
  • A can do attitude.
  • An awareness of the importance of Health and Safety compliance.
  • Full UK Drivers License.
The successful HGV Technician will get:
  • Basic Salary of c. £40,560
  • OTE of £43,000.
  • Optional overtime.
  • Brand accreditation.
  • Access to industry leading training with the manufacturer and the compan.

  • Our client will also put you through your IRTEC training if you haven't already completed it.
