Job DescriptionDepartment – Specialist / Recruitment DeliveryLocation – Remote (UK-based)Contract – 3-Month Fixed TermHours – Full TimeIntroductionAre you an experienced Tech Recruiter who enjoys a challenge? Join PeopleScout on a 3-month fixed-term contract to support our recruitment delivery teams. You'll use your expertise to find and engage top-tier tech talent for our clients, all while working remotely.The RoleAs a Tech Recruiter, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional and technical roles. You'll use a direct sourcing approach to identify and engage with both active and passive candidates, building strong relationships with hiring managers and acting as a trusted partner.You'll take detailed vacancy briefs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies. Using a range of sourcing methods—such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow—you'll create targeted attraction campaigns to find the best tech talent. From the initial outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding, you'll manage candidates through the full recruitment journey. You'll also provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to influence hiring decisions and ensure deadlines and KPIs are consistently met.You'll work remotely, managing your own workload autonomously while being fully supported by our wider recruitment delivery teams and best-in-class tools.Who we're looking forWe're looking for a tech-savvy recruiter who can find and engage top-tier talent in a competitive market.   • Proven experience in a proactive recruitment environment (agency, in-house, RPO, or executive search).
  • End-to-end recruitment experience, from vacancy briefing to offer and onboarding.
  • A strong track record of sourcing and approaching candidates using multiple platforms.
  • Experience recruiting for technology-focused roles (e.g. software engineering, cloud, data, infrastructure, or cyber).
  • The ability to build and maintain productive relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing recruitment reports and market insights.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills—confident in "selling" opportunities and building engagement.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of recruitment best practices.
Ideally, you'll also have:
  • Specialist knowledge of the technology sector and emerging skills trends.
  • Experience using social media and digital communities for talent engagement.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and data compliance (including GDPR).
