Lotus Cars builds world-class, high-performance and lightweight sports cars that are sold all around the world.To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a International Business GTM Product Manager to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.Summary:We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Product Management Manager to bridge our European market operations with our China-based HQ R&D, production, and digital teams. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless product lifecycle management for electric vehicles (EVs) in Europe, focusing on senior management level coordination, end-to-end launch readiness, system integration, VOC resolution, subscription management, and efficient communication and execution between European commercial needs and China-based technical and operational teams. cross-functional alignment.   • Lead deep target customer insight generation to define product positioning and core value proposition.
  • Support customer research across markets (UK and EU), including Online/offline survey, focus group research to generate and adjust target customer profile
  • End-to-End Product Launch Management, incl. Pre-Launch to Post-Launch
  • Lead product launch preparation, incl. Product specification confirmation, product ordering processing on App/Homepage website, OTD alignment
Support new product GTM planning for the European market, aligning with global product launch cadence.
  • Leverage cultural insights, to facilitating communication and operations between a LTIL UK and LCE Europe and their Chinese counterparts. The role requires bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, skills in areas like relationship management, problem-solving, negotiation, market analysis, and project tracking.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese colleagues, handling phone calls, emails, and written correspondence translation and proofreading of documents, and resolving schedule conflicts.
  • Oversee administrative and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to both local Chinese and UK, European business protocols.
  • Share global expertise with the local team to foster knowledge transfer and team development.
  • Undertake high-priority tasks, as assigned by Chief Sales Officer for LITL and LCE.
  • Monitor Product Lifecycle Health Dashboard (tracking market share, customer satisfaction, competitive benchmarking) and summarise insights to lead product iteration

Additional Information:
  • This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on-site, full time.
  • Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
