We're working with a fast-growing London law firm to recruit a Paralegal for their busy and highly regarded Property Litigation team. The team is known for its specialist expertise within Property Litigation and regularly handles high-profile matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment with excellent opportunities for development.Responsibilities include:
- Provide legal and administrative support across a wide range of property litigation matters
- Assist with court bundling, drafting legal documents, instructing counsel, and issuing correspondence
- Manage diary entries, court deadlines, billing cycles, and file closures
- Support new enquiry processes
- Undertake legal research
- Maintain accurate time recording and manage your workload effectively
- Liaise professionally with clients, courts, and third parties
- At least 1 year of experience in Property Litigation
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in building a career in property litigation
