If you're passionate about Human Resources, have a strong understanding of CIPD qualifications, and want to make a real impact on learners' journeys, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately moderate learner assignments across HR, L&D, and Coaching programmes.
  • Apply Babington's marking descriptors to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to learners and collaborate with Coaches to support learner progress.
  • Use digital tools to manage and deliver engaging remote learning experiences.
  • Maintain timely moderation in line with programme schedules.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
  • CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5).
  • Ideally hold a teaching or assessing qualification (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Strong understanding of CIPD standards and assessment criteria.
  • Occupationally competent in HR or business-related roles.
  • Experience managing assessments and learner caseloads.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and digital delivery skills.
