🌟 Progress Partner (Teaching Assistant) – Complex Needs | Crawley | September Start 🌟We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and proactive Progress Partner (Teaching Assistant) to join a specialist SEND school in Crawley , supporting pupils with complex and profound learning needs . This is a full-time role starting in September 2025 .About the School:This exceptional school provides a safe, nurturing, and highly personalised learning environment for children with a range of complex needs, including:
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Sensory and physical impairments
  • Medical and communication needs

  • Position : Progress Partner (Teaching Assistant)

  • Contract : Full-time, long-term (with potential for permanent placement)
As a Progress Partner, you’ll work closely with class teachers and therapists to support pupils’ learning, communication, and personal development. You’ll help deliver a multi-sensory curriculum, assist with personal care where needed, and build strong, trusting relationships with the children in your care.What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred but not essential)
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Willingness to support pupils with personal care and medical needs
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive
