We are looking for a Project Manager to join our PMO Team. In this role you will be driving and managing organizational change initiatives across the business.Key areas of focus:
Reporting to the Head of PMO, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading change projects from inception to implementation, ensuring the successful delivery of change objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.You will work with stakeholders at all levels across the business and externally.Your day-to-day role will consist of the following responsibilities, you may be required to carry out further responsibilities at the company's discretion.
  • Lead and manage change and implementation projects, providing strategic direction, guidance, and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in, support, and commitment to change initiatives.
  • Develop stakeholder communication plans and facilitate regular communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the change process.
  • Apply change management methodologies and best practices to assess change readiness, anticipate resistance, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement change management plans, including communication, training, and reinforcement activities, to support the successful adoption of change.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Develop contingency plans and proactively address obstacles to ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders, to drive alignment and integration of change efforts.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops, meetings, and working groups to foster collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of change initiatives.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and track the realization of benefits.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, capturing lessons learned, and implementing process enhancements.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to evaluate project outcomes, identify successes and opportunities for improvement, and incorporate learnings into future projects.

You are excellent at working with people and always strive to provide a customer driven approach.We are looking for someone that understands business processes and how they interlink and is able to understand and translate business needs and requirements into plans and scope; ability to communicate with marketeers, engineers, developers and senior managementYour experience:
  • Proven experience delivering projects focussed on business change and transformation
  • Demonstrable understanding of the Change Management process
  • Product Management or Business Analyst experience
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or demonstrable work experience
  • Prince2 or equivalent
  • Six Sigma would be beneficial but not essential.
