- Inbound Engine: Build and scale campaigns that attract, qualify, and convert leads across paid, organic, and owned channels.
- Website & CRO: Own the roadmap, UX, SEO, and A/B testing to maximise traffic-to-lead conversion.
- Campaigns & Projects: Lead GTM initiatives with precision, speed, and cross-functional coordination.
- Events & Webinars: Deliver high-impact virtual and in-person experiences that generate pipeline and ROI.
- Marketing Tech & Ops: Manage the stack (HubSpot, Webflow, Chilipiper, etc.) and embrace AI to scale smarter.
- Analytics & Reporting: Define KPIs, forecast leads, and deliver insights that drive decisions.
- Budget Ownership: Prioritise spend across digital, events, and tools to maximise ROI.
- 5+ years in B2B growth/demand/performance marketing (SaaS or tech preferred)
- Proven success in inbound lead generation and campaign execution
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics, CRO, and marketing analytics
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS, and webinar platforms
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action and results
