SEN TA EHCP SupportLocation: Brighton & Surrounding AreasRole: Teaching Assistant (EHCP Support)Contract: Full-Time & Part-Time AvailablePay: £13.70–£14.50 per hour (depending on experience)Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with EHCPs?Supply Desk is working on behalf of a number of welcoming and inclusive schools across Brighton and nearby areas to recruit skilled and compassionate TAs for 1:1 and small group support roles, starting September 2025.These roles are ideal for someone who is patient, nurturing, and confident in supporting children with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social and emotional challenges.About the Role:
  • Provide tailored support to pupils with EHCPs, both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to follow support plans
  • Foster positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
  • Help children access the curriculum and fully participate in school life
  • Adapt support strategies to meet individual needs
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with pupils with EHCPs or additional needs
  • A caring and proactive approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings
  • A TA qualification is helpful but not essential
