This role also manages packaging configurations, liaises with suppliers, and maintains internal databases. It plays a key part in ensuring accurate production data and cost-effective manufacturing processes.Primary ResponsibilitiesCreate finished goods items in SAP based on defined parametersSet minimum order quantities aligned with machine capabilitiesUpdate product configurations for compatibility with various extrusion machinesDetermine packaging setups using existing materials and source quotes for new onesAnalyze OE data to establish optimal run speedsIdentify need for new extrusion dies and initiate production requestsProvide pricing support to the Commercial teamMaintain internal databasesPerform other administrative tasks as neededMinimum RequirementsA-Levels (A–C Grade), including MathsExperience working in an office environment within a manufacturing siteStrong communication and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasksPreferred RequirementsExperience in extrusion, plastics, automotive, food, or packaging industriesSAP system experienceUnderstanding of various extrusion processesFamiliarity with production cost analysisH.B.
