The school fosters a collaborative learning community where staff work together to inspire confidence, achievement, and self-belief in all pupils.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons tailored to Year 3 learners
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Track pupil progress and provide timely feedback and interventions
- Support the emotional and social development of students
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and senior leadership to support pupil success
- Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
- Skilled in creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment
- A strong communicator and team player
- Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) – full mentoring and support provided

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
