What you will do:
  • Deliver specialist Speech and Language Therapy services independently within community outpatient clinics, clients’ homes, residential homes, and nursing homes, ensuring high-quality, individualised care.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow SLTs and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient support.
  • Engage in meaningful stakeholder liaison to demonstrate service efficacy and contribute to relevant audits.
  • Further enhance service provision by assisting in the development and delivery of innovative therapy solutions.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential for this role.
  • Applicants must have a valid driving licence to travel efficiently across various community sites and client locations.
