- Review and approve/decline web content, including images and copy checks, within workbox/Sitecore.
- Manage marketing helpdesk tickets efficiently using Freshdesk, ensuring timely resolution of issues and queries.
- Update and maintain business listings using Yext to ensure accurate and consistent information across platforms.
- Coordinate telephony BAU changes on Infinity, the telephone tracking system, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with divisional teams to provide guidance on content creation and optimization for web platforms.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to improve content accuracy and user experience.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital content management and quality assurance.
- Previous experience in QA or digital content management is essential.
- Familiarity with web content management systems, such as Sitecore, is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using helpdesk software, such as Freshdesk, for ticket management and resolution.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
