
Performance Media Manager - Topshop/Topman

- Design and execute robust media experiments to unlock incremental growth and strengthen mid and upper funnel performance across Paid Social and PPC.
- Develop and scale best-in-class media practices across established and emerging platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitch, ensuring brand messaging is impactful and relevant across all stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, trading, and insight teams, ensuring Paid Media is aligned with brand strategy and commercial priorities.
- Establish and evolve best practices for paid social, including organic boosting and new channel testing, to ensure brand messaging resonates across diverse customer touchpoints.
- Build and nurture relationships with key platform and tech partners, staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring our approach remains innovative and effective.
- Proven success managing and optimising Paid Media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong understanding of the wider digital marketing ecosystem, including PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate, SEO, and Programmatic.
- Experience with tools such as SA360, Google Shopping & Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
- Comfortable managing budgets, analysing performance, and leading experimentation to drive growth.
- Experience supporting or managing team members, with a collaborative and development-focused approach.
- Experience working across European markets or with multilingual campaigns is a plus.
