Posting Description:Senior Governance Manager, Wealth SolutionsAon is seeking a Senior Governance Manager to support colleagues across our UK Wealth Solution teams.If you have experience in the Retirement and Investment industry and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you come from an operations or governance background—or a client-facing role with a keen interest in operational governance—this is your chance to make a real impact.This is a hybrid, office-based role offering flexibility to work from home and in the office.   • Drive cross-functional improvements in efficiency and service delivery
  • Support Wealth Operations at governance forums.
  • Lead compliance with frameworks like Consumer Duty and Operational Resilience
  • Deliver data-led insights and performance reporting
  • Support change programmes with strong governance and stakeholder engagement

  • Experience in the Wealth, Retirement, or Investment industry is essential, with a background in operations, governance, or client-facing roles and an interest in operational governance
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Exposure to risk management, business continuity, and audit readiness
  • Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement skills
  • Degree or professional qualification helpful but not required
