Job title: Commercial SolicitorLocation: GuildfordSalary: £70-80k - depending on experiencePQE Level: 2-4 PQEContract Type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full-timeThis position would see you join a highly respected Legal 500 and Chambers ranked regional law firm, within their Tier 1 corporate & commercial team. You can expect to advise on behalf of a multitude of clients both in the UK and internationally and tackle some of the finest commercial work in the Southeast.As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
  • Handling a range of work including commercial contracts and trading agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, franchising, IP, data protection and more.
  • Engaging in business development and client seminars etc.
  • Collaborating extensively with senior team members on high-calibre and complex work.
  • Utilising exceptional client care and commercial skills.
