- Oversee all commercial aspects of regional project delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team
- Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations
- Ensure robust budgetary control and risk management across contracts
- Drive cash collection, invoicing, and financial performance
- Build strong client relationships and unlock new business opportunities
- Oversee bids, quotations, and commercial risk for major projects
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company best practices
- Proven leadership in commercial management
- A team player and an ambassador
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to drive team performance and business growth
- Experience managing contracts, budgets, and commercial risk
- Proven experience managing a variety of construction contracts
- Construction Sector Academic Qualification
- CMI L5 Certificate Management & Leadership
- Managerial and Health & Safety Qualifications desirable
- Full UK Driving licence is required
- Strong Commercial and financial understanding
