These positions are based in Wellingborough, working with industry-leading machines. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to join a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities
- Support the Print Minder with all tasks during the print process.
- Prepare raw materials and ensure all jobs are ready for production.
- Assist in producing printed cartons and sleeves to specification.
- Help maintain press cleanliness and assist in routine maintenance.
- Follow procedures to meet standards.
- Maintain clear communication with team members.
- Previous print or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential).
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills - full training provided.
- Good organisational skills and a proactive work ethic.
- A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Full training on Komori equipment
