  • Deliver high-quality English and Maths tutoring sessions
  • Develop tailored lesson plans to meet individual student needs
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with other tutors and educators to enhance learning outcomes
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in teaching English and Maths to students of varying abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage students in learning
Education:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience:At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching English and MathsKnowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent grasp of the English and Maths curriculum
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
  • Proficient in using educational technology and resources
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant subject
  • Experience in working with SEN students
Working Conditions:The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. Tutoring sessions may take place in educational institutions, private homes, or online. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate student schedules.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
