This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong presence across the UK and internationally, taking ownership of payroll processes for a large and varied workforce.Working in partnership with the company’s managed service provider (ADP), the Payroll Co-ordinator will take responsibility for the end-to-end processing of multiple payrolls covering over 700 employees across the UK and overseas.Key responsibilities will include:Managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Analysing anomalies and errors, resolving queries quickly and effectively.Ensuring pensions, HMRC and third-party payments are processed correctly and on time.Processing starters, leavers, and payroll-related changes.Managing payroll data within the time and attendance system.Producing accurate statutory reporting (FPS, P11D, PAYE/NIC and other deductions).Reconciling payroll transactions with the general ledger.Providing relevant payroll information to internal stakeholders and external bodies.We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
