- Maintain detailed agency account plans to ensure an informed & targeted sales approach
- Manage upwards to coordinate effective Senior Agency personnel contact in your agencies
- Be highly visible in your agencies through regular face-to-face meetings & other planned events
- Present concise, insightful & engaging business arguments which influence media choices
- Ensure all pitches respond to established advertiser objectives
- Regularly deliver on commercial revenue targets and KPI’s
