- Provide confidential, comprehensive administrative support to the Leadership Team, including diary management, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and document handling.
- Coordinate public appearances, events, and official engagements, ensuring all logistical arrangements are managed effectively.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, liaising with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Support the planning, monitoring, and delivery of projects and programmes led by the Leadership Team.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organisational deadlines, processes, and reporting requirements.
- Proven experience in providing administrative, secretarial, or executive support in a fast-paced or high-profile environment.
- Demonstrated skills in diary management, scheduling, and coordination of senior leaders commitments.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and other digital tools for collaboration.
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
