TSR Legal£40,000NQ Private Client Solicitor - NewportTSR Legal are currently supporting a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Newport who are seeking a highly motivated Newly Qualified to join the expanding and award-winning Private Client Solicitor team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Junior Solicitor work in a supportive environment, with excellent Partner and Senior Associate support, handling a broad range of private client matters.As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

You will be involved in drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), trust documents, and related legal instruments
Manage probate and estate administration, including obtaining probate and distributing assets
Advise clients on inheritance tax planning, trust structuring, and asset protection strategies
Assist with Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection when necessary
Build and maintain strong client relationships across a broad client base
Maintain case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to regulatory and firm standards
Work closely with other departments and colleagues to ensure consistent, comprehensive handling of client needs
Keep abreast of developments in private client law and contribute to departmental growth
