- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 available, depending on experience).
- Spark curiosity and help students develop confidence in their mathematical abilities.
- Play an active role in shaping an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons tailored to a range of abilities.
- Track progress, assess learning, and provide meaningful feedback.
- Promote independent learning and a growth mindset.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice.
- Support students to reach and exceed their academic goals.
- QTS (or equivalent) – but strong subject specialists without QTS are welcome to apply.
- Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 a bonus).
