You'll support the Head of Department in leading curriculum development, staff management, and quality assurance across Construction Multi-Skills, Property Maintenance Operations, and Bricklaying. Your expertise will inspire staff and students, driving success across both the Cambridge and Huntingdon campuses.Key Responsibilities:
- Support curriculum management and development in Construction & Building Services
- Lead and motivate teaching teams, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
- Oversee Health & Safety compliance within the department
- Contribute to student recruitment, retention, and achievement
- Deliver exemplary teaching, learning, and assessment
- Extensive teaching experience in Further Education (FE)
- Strong industry knowledge in construction and building services
- Excellent Health & Safety awareness relevant to the sector
- Recognised teaching qualification (DET, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or PGCE)
