- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they reach their full potential and consistently exceed targets.
- Use data and local insights to develop and execute a strategic growth plan for your region, adding the best new restaurants to the platform.
- Collaborate with our Strategic Accounts team and other Regional Sales Managers to identify and onboard new regional brands and chains.
- Drive key business initiatives to grow order volume and bring new dining experiences to our customers.
- Serve as a key member of the Sales management team, helping to set short, medium, and long-term growth initiatives for the UK.
- Build and maintain commercial relationships with key owners and influencers within the local restaurant network.
- Proven success in managing and coaching a field sales team.
- The ability to use data and insights to build and execute a winning sales strategy.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to inspire your team and network with key accounts.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver ambitious targets.
- Experience in an e-commerce, FMCG, or retail environment is beneficial.
- A passion for food and the restaurant industry, with field experience being a bonus.
