- Quickly learn our current paid media strategy by shadowing the team.
- Create ad copy and implement creative assets for various digital platforms.
- Assist in budget management and allocation across our paid media channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Embrace a test and fail-fast mindset, exploring different testing methods to improve performance.
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads & Meta.
- Work towards key performance indicators to achieve campaign objectives.
- Conduct regular keyword research and weekly negative keyword research.
- Perform ongoing competitor analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills when working within the team, with the wider team, and externally with suppliers.
- Contribute ideas for campaign optimisation and growth strategies.
- Display a willingness to take Google AdWords and Blueprint exams.
- An understanding of digital marketing. Please let us know if you have any qualifications in digital marketing/ google!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An interest in fashion & retail
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
