Be the friendly voice answering phones and responding to inquiries.
Manage the team's schedule, efficiently booking appointments for our service users.
Prepare and meticulously maintain clinical records and correspondence.
Processing referrals received to the service.
Assisting clinical staff with administrative tasks required to support the team.
