Programme Manager - NHS- data warehouse project

• Lead and manage data warehousing and large data projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including Trust leadership, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement comprehensive programme management plans, including risk management strategies and mitigation plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or roadblocks, and take proactive measures to address them.
• Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the programme team.

• Strong experience in programme management, with a focus on data warehousing and large data projects.
• Proven experience working within the NHS environment at Trust level.
• Deep understanding of programme management methodologies and best practices, with a track record of successfully delivering complex programmes on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines effectively.
