Start Date: September 2025Big impact, small steps—one day at a time.We’re looking for a patient, proactive and empathetic Support Worker to join a specialist all-through school that supports children and young people aged 2 to 19 with a range of additional needs—including autism, speech and communication challenges, and social-emotional needs.This role is all about building trust, creating routine, and helping pupils thrive in a setting designed around care, communication and consistency.
