- Act as the BIM Coordinator across a portfolio of projects, managing day-to-day digital delivery activities.
- Interpret and implement client BIM requirements, ensuring project compliance and best practice application.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM workflows, templates, and project documentation aligned with RSE and ISO 19650 standards.
- Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and other BIM related documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QA, Design, and Project teams on BIM tools, processes, and standards.
- Lead and facilitate regular BIM coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate the preparation and secure exchange of model files and digital deliverables with clients and partners.
- Participate in the customisation and automation of digital tools to improve efficiency and model quality.
- Research and trial emerging technologies to complement and enhance the BIM/design process.
- Manage, mentor, and support junior staff within the project BIM team, promoting their professional development.
- Coordinate and delegate BIM-related tasks among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Proven experience in BIM and digital delivery on large-scale multidisciplinary projects within a design, engineering, or construction environment.
- In-depth understanding and practical application of ISO 19650 standards and BIM project delivery workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to produce and manage key BIM documentation, including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs), and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs).
- Proficiency in BIM and coordination tools, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
- Hands-on experience in clash detection, federated model management, and the delivery of structured, data-rich models.
- Working knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDEs), preferably Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
