Location: Required to cover Hospitals in Birmingham, Solihull & Sutton Coldfield
Pay Rate: £12.36 per hour (£24,102 - £36,000 per annum - this is dependent on the shift pattern and number of shifts worked)
Nights and Saturdays: £17.43 per hour
Sundays: £18.54 per hour
Bank Holidays: £22.62 per hour

Shifts: Days, Nights, and WeekendsYour Time at WorkAs a Security Officer, you will be responsible for securing three NHS hospitals across Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield & Solihull.You will:
- Work as part of a team to manage security across different sites
- Utilise keen conflict management skills to de-escalate incidents
- Interact with staff and the public, ensuring adherence to security protocols
- Patrol premises, monitor car parks, and assist with emergency situations
- Conduct searches and monitor CCTV cameras
- Liaise with internal security teams and emergency services when necessaryApplications will only be considered with a fully updated CV.Our Perfect Worker- Must be over 18 years of age
- You MUST have a valid Door Supervisor SIA License OR experience in the military, police or prison custody
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the security industry or military, police or prison custody
- Own transport and a full clean UK driving license
- Basic IT skills and understanding of smart mobile use
- Flexibility to work varied shift patterns including days, nights, and weekends
- Experience working security in healthcare is desirable
