
Project Co-ordinator - Election Services

- Support the delivery of multiple electoral projects (up to 10 at any time), typically with short timelines and rapid turnarounds.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Consultants to plan, coordinate, and deliver specific election services.
- Prepare project documentation, timelines, and outputs using Civica’s bespoke in-house election software.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams (production, design, digital) to ensure milestones are met and outputs are accurate.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across projects, ensuring quality checks and compliance with election law.
- Balance competing deadlines by managing several tasks and priorities in parallel.
- Build strong client relationships, acting with professionalism, tact, and collaboration at all times.
- Attend client meetings, both in person and virtually, and represent Civica confidently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and methodical approach to work.
- Emotional intelligence and tact, particularly when handling sensitive election-related matters.
- Flexibility to work 3 days per week in our London office, with occasional client travel required.
